Spencer Industries Incorporated is proud to announce their Quality Management System has been assessed and found to be in conformance to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard. This is following an upgrade reassessment audit conducted on July 7th and 8th by NSF-ISR. Spencer's Quality Management System is a processed based system that focuses on the eight quality management principles in order to lead the organization towards improved performance, greater customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the processes.
